      Pros

      Good people, good atmosphere, people are caring and workload is manageable for claims. People are respected and treated well

      Cons

      Too many lay offs, company (explorer) will not last which is unfortunate as it had been a good lace to work

      Love working here! I'm perplexed by other reviewers who wrote bad reviews, yet they have stayed for 3+ years.

      Pros

      Casual environment, great benefits, they listen to their employees and take action on suggestions for improvement, great work-life balance, and the most important is the ability to write your own career path. If you want to work hard to move up, then you will. If you want to be lazy, then you won't get anywhere. ICW Group rewards those that actually do the hard work. I've worked at company's where everyone receives a bonus, and you're in shock that the lazy person next to you is being rewarded. ICW Group rewards those that actually work hard. It's hard for some people to understand that and realize that you don't get paid to just show up. I wish more companies followed this philosophy.

      Cons

      Employees and Managers need more training, but this is also a pro because they have listened to their employees, and they are already making improvements. 401K match is paid at the end of the year- but hey, at least they have a match

      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Good people. Good way to gain some experience.

      Cons

      Opportunities are limited despite growth. Benefits continue to be reduced. Lack of support and cooperation among upper management that trickles down. Every department is a silo.
