Good to get your foot in the door. Some of the managers really try their best and are helpful.

Cons

The overhead company makes a lot of fuss about covid, but takes bare bones minimum protections and notifications for its workers.

Annual raises, easy communication with management, lots of opportunities for growth, good equipment, great training opportunities, and realistic expectations of new employees

Cons

It’s still a massive corporate company, so there are the normal drawbacks. Such as small problems being less of a priority because the people it impacts is not as vocal as upper management.
