There are some cool people at ICW.

Cons

You work long hours for a measly bonus so there is really no incentive to put in extra work. ICW has trouble "finding talent" because their benefits package is terrible compared to local San Diego companies. There are no real leaders at the organization or mentors that people admire. They don't expend time/money/resources on the people they have, they'd rather just pay an outside recruiter to bring in a savior. Then the savior comes in time and again and finds out they can't change anything.

The environment is updated and open for employees to interact. The benefit package is pretty decent. Somewhat flexible schedule.

Cons

Management. Internal promotion is based on favoritism. While they have a newer building with open spaces to encourage employee interaction, it is frowned upon to see you away from your desk for more than a brief bathroom break.
