Pros
This can be a good place to start a career, but don't stay too long. They allow personal growth and job changes, but you have to be your own advocate and fight for yourself the whole way. There are some really good individual contributors to work with but management is nothing but frustration and disappointment.
Cons
The executives only care about new business coming in the door. They don't care about retention of customers at all. So if you work in a support role instead of a sales role, be prepared to be constantly battling to get even the slightest support from executives and managers.
