      Annual raises, easy communication with management, lots of opportunities for growth, good equipment, great training opportunities, and realistic expectations of new employees

      Cons

      It’s still a massive corporate company, so there are the normal drawbacks. Such as small problems being less of a priority because the people it impacts is not as vocal as upper management.

      Very customer focused....cares about employees. Solid business model... strong operational expertise.....is trying to become more dynamic and action oriented (depends on department) Departed for personal reasons. Good company..very good team. 4 stars because 5 stars is very very rare.

      Still battles silos on occasion. Some teams can be methodical and overthink things in an effort to avoid mistakes.
