Variable jobs skills needed, Very fast paced interesting work. Benefits are marginal, the employees are some of the best and most knowledgeable.

Cons

Management does not include workers in the decision making process. Pay scale is low and and the Benefits are not up to par.

Young, Growing Company with established book of business in WC and Earthquake. Currently Adapting new technologies (SAP) that will greatly improve efficiencies in the futue.

Cons

Top Down communication is lacking. IT department has seen wild growth and decline because too many initiatives were taken on.

Pros

Great co-workers, excellent chances to advance your career. You don't need a college degree to start your career here, but having one can help you advance. The company has a very strong promote within policy, and learning and developing is strongly encouraged.

Cons

New hires into various entry level spots are given little if no training, and are expected to sink or swim. Management tends to not be into touch with workers below them. Salaries and other compensation is on the low end, and in some cases not enough to live on. In some departments, the work load is too great and the amount of workers not enough to complete it. This results in backlog, stress, and an often frenzied pace of work. Some managers micromanage their employees, which makes it even more unpleasant at times.
