Great place to develop a career

Pros

Strong people development, with long standing emphasis on diversity, promotion and staff retention. Works with some of the world's largest brands and impacts real customer problems. Partly sheltered from wider economic storms by being part of a conglomerate. Lots of support, training and guidance available.

Cons

Struggling with middle-aged product, market evolution and finding a path to higher growth. Too much time spent looking inwardly and lacks the dynamism of smaller organizations. Given strong competition and market changes it needs new input , ideas to grow to avoid losing more customers than it gains.
