The senior leaders at IDEX truly care about employees. The leadership team has a high say/do ratio. Safety & health of the team always comes first. IDEX is progressive and takes proactive steps to be role models for diversity & inclusion. Very few GM roles empower you like one at IDEX. Each BU is independent and GM's are responsible for all aspects of operating the business. This is a unique experience and unlike most GM roles.
