Authentic and caring leadership from the top. Andy Silvernail is committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful work environment for all employees. He walks the walk and expects the same commitment from all management and employees. I have been with IDEX for 2 years and during that time, I have been given the opportunity grow my career quickly in an exceptional HR organization. I feel supported and respected for my experience. In IDEX's decentralized business structure, I am given the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with my business unit General Manager and leadership team to manage our business locally. IDEX offers competitive pay and benefits. I am very happy that I made the decision to join IDEX.

A diverse company with a larger number of businesses and market segments.

Cons

The parent company knows very little about the inner works of the smaller business units. They only care about the bottom line and trimming the workforce to maximize profitability, normally at the expense of the customers.
