      Pros

      At IDEX it is about Trust, Teams and Excellence. To work with the Team one trust is already good environment to function. As in regards to excellence, everybody can improve of course, but at Idex there are opportunities to do so, with a lot of workshops and learning courses. It is also great to see idea that one could see at University only, introduced in real business circumstances and see how it actually profit for the Company. IDEX is also financially very strong, so it gives the good feeling of working for the Company that will survive even if the time is stormy and challenging.

      Cons

      Sometimes the global business ideas are not locally proven enough.

      Pros

      A heterogeneous group of agile mid-sized companies, all bringing incredible expertise and benefiting from the fact that the complex administrative superstructure is provided in IDEX.

      Cons

      I would like to see even stronger networking between the individual IDEX companies, for example in the area of innovations. This networking still holds a lot of future potential!
