IDEX enables you as an employee to be part of a true team. With a focus on diversity across the world, you're input, ideas and effort is always received positively. In return, you as an individual get inspired and learn on the "shop", ready to execute lessons learned at a different project or initiative.

Cons

IDEX is growing. Existing hierarchies change quickly. This makes it sometimes difficult to get a clear career path plotted on the horizon. This requires flexibility from an employee in expectations versus personal ambition.
