      Pros

      I actually got really good bonuses and solid pay.

      Cons

      You are the star - and then you are the problem. Why? They are not loyal to humans. They espouse diversity even though no executive position of importance is non-white male. Look at the leadership team and the titles. They operate on the premise that percentages matter and power does not. Yet they won't give up the power. Hmmm.

      Opportunities for travel, chances to work with seniors at multiply business units, good internally training if you can access it.

      Cons

      Contradictory strategies, lack of synergies between business units, constantly changing management structure, lack of commitment to markets outside of the US
