-Friendly people -Nice office in a spectacular location -Benefits and salary is OK and better if you’re starting out in a career

Cons

-Benefits kick in later than most companies -Salary is on the lower end -Two-faced leadership -Claiming to be “like a family” but they end up firing employees without prior warning -Lots of reshuffling and people not knowing what they’re doing in their new roles -Claim to have a low turnover rate but that is NOT true -Favoritism over people who follow a certain religion
