Pros
This place doesn't even deserve a courteous "pro". Nothing is redeemable about this company.
Cons
Everyone here is expendable. You go against the grain in any way and you are instantly thrown out like the garbage they treat you as. Why? Because they have absolutely no respect for their employees at any level. -Don't want to work on weekends? Great, you're fired. -Don't want to work until 3am every night? Great, you're fired. -Don't want to get yelled at for not accomplishing 4 different people's jobs consecutively? Great, you're fired. -Want a bonus? OT pay? Any sort of benefits? You're fired for asking. I have seen very thick skinned people cry at this company, and the kinds of tears you'd see at funerals. Everyone is overworked, underpaid, and held against dangled promises like vested 401k's or contract bonuses, that most mortal humans won't end up getting because they're not the soulless robots the company wants them to be. All management is like this across the company because they're subject to the same BS standards. It's not going into the quality/substance of work because there is no bounds to what you will be asked to do. You are lucky to be trained in any of it. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I wish that I had cleaned bathrooms over wasting my time and dignity here.

Pros
IDS was the greatest place to work! If you could perform you loved it and were well rewarded. Commission-trips-events-fun! If you could not perform - people either quit, made false claims and blamed their inadequacies on others or management and then moved on... I will never forget one of the pretenders-he was jettisoned out and got a Corvette with his severance and thought it was a big deal. Feel sorry for him and his family. Talk about a place where high performance and doing the right thing was rewarded - this was the place! Will never forget it!

Sometimes it took too long to eject the pretenders!
