Provides thorough sales training to sales and pre-sales engineering. Provides unlimited training when money is available to engineering. Free drinking water.

Cons

No Integrity. No loyalty. Excessive hours for average to below average salary. Commissions for found opportunities are not paid out or you are let go before they are paid out. Terrible internal phone system - always going down. Attrition at IDS: 2011 - 5 2012 - 15+ 2013 - 20+ (first 4-months)

Great talent, sales, engineering, support and people who really care about each other. Great place - noticed a few recent posts to the contrary. It is laughable. The fact they talk about a wolf pack shows how disconnected they were. Obviously came from two people who were recently asked to leave. They talk about fear - the environment is very upbeat as long as you want to out in a normal days work. These people demanded guarantees, did not execute even at a moderate level and were ultimately let go. Running odds in the office are both with be back on LinkedIn in a year with a new job posting once their new guarantee runs out.

Cons

Very past paced environment. This con also means lots of opportunity and career growth.
