Pros
IDology is definitely on the cutting edge! It's a smaller company which is a nice change from traditional corporate. Its an exciting atmosphere and numerous opportunities to learn and grow! Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful; no question or concern goes unanswered. The product is amazing, and there are constant improvements and releases with new features/solutions.
When I interviewed for my current position, I was told that this was a family environment; I cannot tell you how refreshing it has been to learn it is just that! Everyone rallies together, there is true teamwork, and we look out for each other if someone is ill or has something going on outside of work. I've had the privilege of working for two of the smartest women EVER in this organization! As a woman, it's great to see women in high ranking positions who know the business inside and out even down to the technical aspects of the product! In addition, this company promotes diversity and understands that it takes all of us working together to truly be successful.
In addition, the Leadership team is awesome. Within my original 90 days, I had a couple of issues come up and Leadership was more than willing to work with me regarding needing time off, working from home, etc. The folks here really care about their employees, and they truly want to make sure people enjoy coming to work. There isn't currently a work from home policy, but make no mistake, Leadership understands that "life happens" and, as long as you aren't an abuser, they are really great with working with you to meet your needs. I see a lot of opportunity to learn and grow here, and I am really excited about that. I learn something new every day, and I am grateful to be working with an organization that challenges, and rewards me in new ways daily.
Cons
Honestly, I do not have any. If I wanted to name an area of opportunity I'd say that I'd really like to see a work from home policy come about as the traffic in Atlanta can be deplorable, but again, Leadership is really flexible as long as you aren't asking for their flexibility every week. They seem to understand that life happens, and there is compassion and understanding regarding that.
