• They have snacks, but you have to pay for them. • The Floor that the company is on has a nice view. • Team builders for women working in software company. • Company is close to highways. • Close to Cumberland mall. • Close to Chattahoochee trail park. • Christmas party at nice location with good food, but no family invited.
Cons
• In working at IDology the primary down fall is lack of professionalism with upper management. • Misleading. They lure you in with so called "perks" to off set your value/pay. You soon realize the perks are not encourage. • Broken promises with regards to promotions. • Abusive behavior from employees who hold upper management positions that use their position and power to mistreat and disrespect others employees. • Nothing is confidential with upper management they expose employees personal issues. • Upper management discuss racially insensitive subjects in team meetings. • Moral buster. Upper management call meetings to talk bad about employees that did a lot for the company, but leave to better opportunities. • Don't be fooled. High churn only back filling of positions not growth. • Gossiping is a badge of honor at this company. • Falsify events to cover up their wrong doing. • Horrible desk set up. You don't have enough room to stretch your legs. • No HR department • No training department
