Pros

IDology is known for its upbeat, fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Every team member works together and leaves their title at the door to make sure we deliver stellar customer service to our clients. Working for a company that truly values its customers AND team members is a rare find in today's work environments. Also, IDology offers professional development to its team members and provides a mentor for new team members during their first year of employment - definitely a company where I can see myself grow professionally.

Cons

Coming from a company with my own office, it was difficult to adjust to the open office environment.

I worked at Idology for less than 1/2 year and found it to be a comfortable small company feel, yet on the cutting edge of technology and growth. While it didn't work well for me at the time, I would highly recommend the company.

Cons

No real opportunity for personal development and growth.

My immediate supervisor was fair and reasonable and good to work for. Work hours were flexible.

Cons

A noisy and distracting open office environment, absolutely impossible to focus. They are using an aged technology stack that is career-growth-negative. Some of the (most) senior management are petty and spiteful.
