Good company, open door policy, employees and management are friendly and fair. You get to work in an industry that is growing exponentially. Good stepping stone to learn the business then go on to thrive elsewhere

Cons

Company hit a stagnation period from a growth / headcount perspective, so opportunities for advancement would likely be limited for anybody who just joins the team now, unless your superior leaves.

Stable and growing company in a growing industry with big time customers. Good benefits, diverse employees who are really friendly. International business with parent company GBG. Company wide sync ups Friday afternoons is a great practice.
