Pros

A good small company with great people, and certainly a massive amount of expertise in the area. Everyone is kind and humble, and I always enjoyed working there and felt included by everyone.

Cons

Really only one minor con I experienced. The tech is a bit outdated, with some stubborness around pushing the boundaries and innovating outside of comfort zones. This is understandable (and not unusual), especially given how much revenue the company generates per person. Why fix it unless its broken? And IDology is anything but broken, its a true success story that is going head to head with some real giants, and succeeding massively. So keep up the good work, and one day, when its a bit more critical to disrupt the business model a bit, don't hesitate!

Love working here, the team is high functioning and very considerate of each other. They work hard to get things done.

Cons

Staffing is always a challenge but I think in this job market that’s a problem everyone is having.
