Pros

Great life and family balance Leadership shares vision on a weekly basis. Close knit technology team without any finger pointing Work culture is very diverse and favorable to both men and women with an proportionate ratio of women in the work force.

Cons

Need better bonus programs to add to base pay

Pros

Fast-paced environment Great communication Fun workplace with monthly social gatherings whether in the office or out Everyone here is a team player and we all work together to deliver great results and fantastic customer service.

Cons

The only downfall is the traffic in the area before and after work. With the news Braves stadium, I am concerned this will get worse. BUT that does go for anywhere in Atlanta.

Flexible/remote working. Minimal meetings. Real sense of product ownership among the teams. Lots of opportunity to move and grow within the company. Furthering your education is encouraged and reimbursed. Fantastic benefits.

Cons

I truly can’t think of any. More budget for software would be nice but we have what we need to do our jobs.
