Great company with innovative technology. Constantly improving their services in order to to meet the needs of clients and industries. Coworkers are very helpful when it comes to learning and understanding complex scenarios. This company strives for excellence.

Pros

Idology is a family environment and Executive Management is wonderful. I love my current position and management encourages me to reach for the stars.

Cons

I haven't found any yet. The traffic stinks but that is not anything the company can control. Everything I wanted is being met and exceeded.
