Pros

Free snacks, sodas, and cake for birthdays

Cons

Toxic ceo, no guidance, and bad gossip. They hire people with little experience to have to pay less money. They say they will teach you but then expect you to figure things out on your own.

Pros

Great executive team that is very transparent. Executive team understands and values diversity and inclusion. Great work environment. Very progressive company. Good family-oriented company . Very smart employees. Employees gain experience in a variety of areas, giving them multiple skills. You’ll feel a sense of ownership (success stories are shared and celebrated). Employees work hard, and they're rewarded. You’ll get closer to the mission through company sync-up meetings.

Cons

We have minor growing pains because we're growing so fast.
