The only con i can think of is the traffic and the new stadium coming so close by, but that's really not anyone's fault.

Remote working and flexible work schedules

Cons

- Upper management does not get why inclusion matter. - Various leaders across the company are promoted from lower-level individual contributor roles, have only worked for IDology in some cases, have no management experience, and somehow are promoted above their abilities. - Accounts are taken from one Salesperson and handed off to another. The expressed reason, is "the account is too big for you". The real reason is racial discrimination.

When it comes to diversity in the workplace, IDology has gotten it right! The company hires people based on their ability to contribute to the company’s goals and places value on their talents to help create a competitive advantage. This means that hiring occurs from a variety of backgrounds, races, genders, ages, and religions. Simply put, IDology encompasses all races, genders, ethnic groups, ages, personalities, cognitive styles, tenures, organizational functions, education levels, and backgrounds. Additionally, the CEO helps to promote varying points of view which in turn provides a larger pool of ideas and experiences by consistently encouraging and inspiring all employees to perform to their highest ability.

Cons

Things move quickly. IDology is a scrappy company that moves fast. This way of working usually emphasizes testing out new ideas, iterating quickly based on data, and aiming for more frequent points of learning.
