Pros
My experience working at IDology for nearly 3 years has been great. There are frequent opportunities for growth and additional responsibility. I am grateful that my manager and the CEO have allowed me to advance my career so far in such a short time. The fast paced environment can be challenging, but that is what keeps work exciting and rewarding. I have a supportive manager that always has an open door for any questions or advice I am seeking. She is a great resource and mentor. Learning is encouraged and employees from all departments are invited to learn about the products and enhancements we release. Most coworkers are friendly and eager to help when needed. IDology offers great benefits. We also have fun social events. The culture is refreshing - management is honest and we have hard-working, talented colleagues.

At times, competing priorities make it difficult to stay on track (but this has allowed me to grow as an employee).
