1. Petty attitudes and promotes Racial Bias.
2. People make comments about former employees in public chat which is not valid, including current employment status, which is now under investigation because a former employee's employment status from another company was provided to this company and made public in QA chat.
3. Accusations about a former employee stealing time were also made, baseless and incorrect again in public chat with shared screenshots.
4. Upon leaving the company, one employee was told their benefits would last until the end of March, and their benefits were pulled the day they left even though the money was taken from their paycheck.
5. CEO knows and participates in all of the above, and GBG made her the head of American operations. She isn't fit to lead and should step down; the company under her runs under an archaic technology architecture that was like ok in the early 2000s
6. You have people put in positions of leadership who have no clue what they are doing. For instance, one person was put into a PIP which almost cost the company loads of money in a lawsuit, and the VIP who did it pushed out an email containing data to an employee, yet he still is a VP
The company is based on Tribal knowledge if you are entering the company be prepared for little documentation, and little help getting up to speed
7. Company does not address issues they just make baseless accusations and false glass door reviews.
8. Consistent Hostile environment if certain employees don't like you which will end up as an EOC complaint
