If you're looking at this company, please carefully consider the negative reviews here. These are not the result of a few bad apples but a systemic problem with management. Each time a negative review is posted here, by chance :) 3 or 4 overly positive ones appear within days to attempt to keep the overall score high and confuse people. Don't be tricked, the environment in this place is toxic and the negative culture starts at the top.

There are some genuinely nice, intelligent people on staff.

Cons

The culture of distrust starts at the top and flows through the entire organization. Middle management is meaningless. C-suite holds all of the power and uses it to keep everyone else in line. Zero opportunities for career advancement, professional development, etc. Any attempts to question, improve, or modernize current processes are seen as acts of sedition. Parent company has a financial interest only. Employees are discouraged from getting involved with parent company in any way.
