Pros
I knew the meaning of serving people without waiting for a word of thank, i improved my experience in social working by the situations and problems i faced and that succeeded in solving almost all of them, i also knew great people who worked for the IEEE during my work there. They were more than friends for me.
Cons
There is no downsides for working for such an entity, the drawback may happen when you spend all of your time doing this job instead of trying to enhance in yourself, in this case this job could be a downside.
