Thank you so much for your comment. Our core value is supporting our therapists better than any other company and I am glad that we met your expectations.
Regarding the comment “restricts you from working for districts”; we have a non-compete with the district (not the therapist) you work in and no other districts are “restricted”. As a contract company, we must use non-competes with our clients because any candidate we present would then be directly hired by the district. Without the non-compete, we would not be in business and no one would get the support they deserve. All contract/staffing companies use some form of non-competes.
That said, our clients can directly hire our therapists by paying a fee. Districts regularly hire our therapists directly when it makes since for them and the therapist to do so. Most of the time, districts will do this if they feel the candidate will stay with them for several years and they believe there is not an opportunity to directly hire a good, qualified candidate themselves.
