The access to resources is amazing! From webinars for CEU's to an easy game to play during therapy. They have so much to choose from! Most importantly, they are very focused on making sure the therapists needs are being met and are respected.

Cons

The bimonthly pay schedule takes some time to adjust to.

Pros

IEP Therapy offers me the opportunity to work part time in my retirement. I am able to continue my love of working in my field, but at a pace that is best for my life’s balance. Online webinars are offered that keep me up to date on new research and therapy ideas. Great support is offered for any need. Therapy materials are available to check out. New ideas to enhance therapy are shared via emails and on Facebook.

Cons

I have discovered no down sides to working for IEP Therapy.

Pros

Supervisors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to concerns/challenges in the schools and offer insight in having employees across school systems. They are available to discuss intervention strategies, talk-through specific student cases as needed, and offer a plethora of therapy materials to check-out through a library to use. I am so glad I completed my Clinical Fellowship at IEP Therapy and have been employed by this company ever since.

Cons

Honestly no cons come to mind.
