Pros

Coworker culture can't be beat. This is THE place to work in your early 20's if you love video games and don't care what you're paid. Also THE place to work if you end up promoted into a senior role and don't mind "checking out" while collecting a paycheck and relying on those 20-something's to work non-stop to make up the difference.

Cons

Standard SF "tech job" issues - must accept poor work/life balance if you want to stand out as a potential future leader, nothing out of the ordinary. But the -1 star is for editorial senior mgmt. They're simply not in tune with media/content landscape past what feels like 2008. Mid/lower level employees still manage to produce great stuff, but inspiration comes from below, never from above.

Pros

Great people to work with, fun place, flexible where you work (at home/office), always trying to do innovate.

Cons

little room to grow because people love the company, management can be a hit or miss, have to be very careful on your own managing work/family balance

Pros

Fun atmosphere, smart co workers, great management. Definitely a positive experience.

Cons

Can be a little political sometimes, but most organizations are when you get to a certain size. The headquarters are in SF, so if you're in another office (like SoCal) it can be a little hard sometimes to build relationships with the mothership.
