Pros

Strong values, down to earth, practical people and a fantastic concept make working at IKEA a privilege. If you love IKEA as a shopper you will probably love working their even more.

Cons

Although there is scope to develop new ideas and influence the business it is not always easy. That is the downside of a fantastic, well developed concept.
