Pros

IKEA treats its staff very well and compensation is above average for shop work. They also offer great perks such as annual gifts and tertials.

Cons

There are a lot of middle managers and their policies do not always align. The holiday system sets out that months you can take holidays and you cannot use them all in the summer months.

Cons

Lack of structure and avancement possibilities. There was a really high turnover so there was a lack of stability.
