Great Boss, great products and competitive in pricing.

Cons

Most of my customers were Canon and when Ricoh bought them out, it really hurt me.

This is a big company, but the way our team was worked and handled, it felt like a small, tight knit group. IKON was brought in to take over the Records Management department, and instead of letting us all go, they kept us on and just brought us over to IKON, no pay drop, or benefit drop. Very smooth transition and management was very nice. IKON has not been absorbed into RICOH.

Cons

The one big Con, is now we were working for a big nationwide company, so it made It harder to move up, there was much more bureaucracy.

Great chance to grow a business ans develop people. Exciting time for the integration of functions. Industries were opening up to broader views of office functions.

Cons

Very little concern for the employees. Made the work-life balance very difficult. Uppet management was not flexible with customers or reps in deal making.
