Pros

If you had machines in field (mif) you could make close to 6 figures. It was decent sales training grounds.

Cons

Most of us didn't have any customer base i.e. mif and so it felt like the hunger games. There was extreme high turnover in Toronto. The management instilled a sense of fear in the sales reps. Poor employee morale.

Pros

I liked that the company was well rounded with executives, sales department, and technical support "all on the same page" driving core values, customer centric, and fun place to work.

Cons

Cons - Ricoh products somewhat inferior to our brands like Canon.
