bad senior management, no training provided, it took them 3 weeks to get me a working phone and laptop, no room to advance

In most instances it's a nice desk job with a professional setting.

Cons

There's a lack of job security and knowing which location you'll be contracted to work at. You never know if you'll be working the same job day to day. Someone who answered phones for 5 years may end up walking hospital floors for copier info the next day.
