Pros

The company has/had a large presence in Fortune 500 accounts and a very diverse product portfolio. As well as the ability to provide outsourcing and secondary services.

Cons

Lying about true profitability numbers (which sales people were paid on) and forceful drive to sell products unsuited to customers needs. Removal of employees who made large sales to keep from paying commission and bonuses. Unsavory business practices that result in a black-eye for the company. Inability to properly implement and maintain secondary products.

Pros

Good Company, very good products/services, great benefits. Compensation good if you hit your quarterly quotas. Initial training is comprehensive and provide ongoing training.

Cons

Low salary, very small commission on each individual sale, order systems are outdated and inefficient. Like many companies they are asking for more but giving less.
