It's nice to have the freedom to come and go whenever, and I've learned a lot from Sales that I know will benefit me in the future - whatever I get into.

Cons

Can be micro-managed at times and account distribution can be unfair.

The people I work with make my job bearable and I can truly rely on my fellow workers to assist when deadlines approach.

I feel under appreciated and that the company is taking advantage of my high degree of knowledge and work ethic to the point of no real work-life balance.
