The Ricoh takeover is not going well.. Forcing us to get needless certifications that do not apply to our job. Having to network with no additional pay...

As a former RICOH RBS employee I can only say that with 33 years experience IKON cares NOTHING for their RICOH workers.

Pros

Benefits are industry standard - no better, no worse. RICOH has some great products and their training (RICOH UNIVERSITY) is fabulous IF you're permitted to attend.

Cons

Good 'ole Boy network has kept itself running like a well-oiled machine. They protect their own regardless of the outcome. Ricoh employees are given short-shrift and left to languish.

If you aren't one of the "good ole boys" who have been with Night rider and Ikon for atleast 10 years, you will NOT get promoted or recognized. They have their favorites and it shows.
