Great team work, knowledge sharing and access to the latest technologies in the industry.

Cons

Not enough room for promotion. Hight turn around. Benefits not suited for employees with a family, travel expense low, no company cell phone (blackberry).

Competitive salary, great training program. This company is very diverse in its makeup which allows for a nice world environment.

Cons

Ikon has certainly embraced the 'corporate culture' and there is less connection between upper management and the print specialists then in previous years.
