      They have a great trainer. They offer their reps the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. They have all the tools needed to do you job professionally. Other managers always available for assistance when needed.

      Cons

      They need more transparency in being honest with everyone about what is going on. It would be 2yrs before you receive a raise. Sometimes longer.
