      RCM business is good, dont know if growing

      Cons

      Screwed HR policies. HR activities are just to show their worth, otherwise everyone in HR is useless without human resources knowledge. Hire and fire police at its best. Company fires the highly talented ones, and retains the under performers. Care business is all in loss, just for reputation sake its continued. Half of IKS employess are on bench without work. Zero culture, zero values.

      1. Worst HR policies- The HR over here is anti-employee. All they want is to suck ur blood n hard earned money. HR policies changes overnight overnight here. They just need an excuse to deduct ur salary n deny u ur VIP and if they don't find any they create one. 2. Dumb managers- Managers just want u work like hell but when it comes to defending u they back off.

      Everything , no good leaders , management sucks, no employee retention, no hike, HR is worst , heavy politics , employee are more educated than managers, and management. I remember there was a Dr who was highly qualified and he was good both job wise and people friendly, but he was asked to leave , company politics. seriously we dont know when we will be asked to leave. no job security what so ever. Last year around 45 doctors were fired in a single day. Every day at work always have a fear that we will be called to HR.
