      Management think only their dog from each team are working and hence they give good increment to them only, if you are good enough in politics then you can join this firm.

      Pros

      I have been at IKS for over 8 years now and the journey has been quite exciting. IKS is family to me. The leadership and the colleagues at IKS are very warm and outspoken. IKS has given me an opportunity to excel and advance my skills. Everyday is a learning here.. Come and join IKS!

      Cons

      VIP at times are not paid on time and the salary hikes are a little stagnant every year.
