      Your dream job is it be in a "lala company" where all need to do is use your scheming mind to play in a cesspool of office politics then URGENTLY JOIN HERE. Senior leaders have left in rapid succession with at least 2 more due within the next 2 months over 150 attritions in the last 2 months of which at least 85% have absconded. companies hiring from this routinely refused to count candidates IKS experience as relevance experience yet the workforce is falling over itself to somehow leave IKS Lying is a culture with no career path no increments no bonus and no confirmation the only people staying on are those who have directly invested in the company or are spouses or relatives of direct investors. the company misrepresents its total value and client base even existing clients have rapidly reduced scope of service Powerless HR and very low reputation among existing and exiting employees

      Many, Worst Ever Organization to Work With... No Increment, No Respect, Cheaters Around, Specially for Good People Who Want to Work, Not an Advise-able Place to Work. Shitttiest Organization.

      I would not recommend iks to anyone!

      Pros

      3 months of training duration is the only time when you are going to like your work and make good friends.

      Cons

      There are innumerable cons of this company. Zero work life balance. They will make your work 12 hours if the work load is too much without any compensation. The holiday list is absolutely worthless. Giving a holiday to an Indian for king marting luther doesnt make any sense. The upper management (TL) are basically survilence cameras who keep an eye on every move you make! Salary is very less for non medicos even though we do the same amount of work like the doctors. The salary difference is almost 3 times more than what the non medicos get. Durig joining hr will lure u with vip and incentives pls dont fall for fake promises because they keep unattainable targets for vips. The appraisals are always delayed that too for 4-5 months. They keep increasing the workload if u tend to workhard and finish on time, so that its practically impossible to leave on time. I really would not even recommend my enemy to join iks.
