      Lack of skill training. Barebone IT infrastructure. Excess depence on inept managerial talent.

      Workplace riddled unfair micromanagement, disregard for employees, and lacking direction.

      Pros

      The only reason one should consider working here is if the job is a means to earn money.

      Cons

      The leadership team lacks direction and clarity. There are too many cooks, who depend on perceptions and gossip to make decision and there is very little fact finding. Policies change abruptly, most times even the managers and directors get confused on the implementation of the said policies. If that's not enough, they encourage quick fixes, no one wants to get things right in the long term. They drive production over quality, cheap and fast implementation over error free, phase wise deployment. They'd rather ill treat you, give you negative feedback on personal choices, than train you or invest in you to get your job done well. Heck, for the first 6 months you won't even know your KRAs.

      It depends upon individual performance company will recognize you.

      Cons

      I don't see any down side of the company. Not purely IT based company.
