Leave policy - no holidays for national holidays like holi etc due to client requirement. Overall their leaves are less compared to other companies.
Exit policy - You need to complete your 30 days notice properly. They won’t encash your leaves, you can use only ELs in your notice period but your TL/manager may not allow you to take leaves if there is project requirement. Don’t ask for early release, you will have to end up paying them. Overall they won’t make exit easy or happy. Some of the HR are not cooperative. I have been such a good employee, was at the top of my project. However, for no reason HR was made it difficult for me to leave.
Management sucks - no need to elaborate. Check the negative reviews.
Work - Exhausts you mentally and physically. You will end up working for more than 9-10 hours. I’m sure most of the corporate companies are like that and that’s fine, but this kind of work is really difficult, given that you have to listen to audios all day long. The management needs to understand this and decrease production to a tolerable level. After all most of the employees are underpaid.
Forget about annual appraisals. Company wasn’t doing good so they couldn’t give in 2018. otherwise also, the process is late and you get less % hike.
