1) Hostile work environment
2) Non-supportive management
3) Office politics at its peak
4) Sudden removal from job (60 people were asked to leave all of sudden without notice and sufficient pay for the loss)
5) Cafetaria serves poor quality of food (oil stinks bad in which they cook food and there is no hygiene level maintained, we get human hair in our food twice in a month)
6) Cab services are poor
7) During probation, even if you are sick you cannot take a day off as IKS doesn't provide its employees any emergency leave during the time of probation. Apparently it results in your pay cut
8) If you try to voice out your honest opinion which doesn't matches with your Supervisors, they treat you as a threat. You will not get any projects, no appraisal and your life is doomed.
9) All in all, if you are good in saying 'Yes Boss' all the time, it is a good place for you
10) If you resign, then they make your life miserable, you will curse the day when you joined IKS.
In nutshell, if you want to live a healthy and stress free life, please dont join this company.
