Mobiles are not allowed even for technical people, If you caught 3 times with mobile, you'll be fired. To retain you, management will make commitments to you, but when their work is done, they won't give you a hike they committed, in the end, you are cheated. My advice is, do not retain until they gave you what they committed. Management doesn't even organize anything for technical people, as they only care about operation people, no events at all except RnR. Freshers are getting more package than 4 years of experienced people.

Policies keep changing faster than the pages of the calendar. Leaves have been significantly reduced. Pathetic IJP process. Company has become a training institute. They invest on new joiners (who do not continue for long) but do not intend to give increments to tenured performers. As a result, good employees keep moving out - this impacts the production and quality. Leave policies are ambiguous; employees are at the mercy of managers. Some employees are granted leaves whenever they want, others are denied leaves even for genuine reasons. No work- life balance whatsoever.
