      Pros

      Servicing a great sector with a lot of potential and some good clients

      Cons

      1. Possible impact of AI, machine learning etc. which can make the company services redundant in the long term 2. Lots of favouritism, older tenure employees have formed a coterie that is tough to get into 3. HR does not have any power or say, it is up to the CEO / CFO that make decisions on variable pay out etc.. HR gets blamed for bad policies though 4. Leadership is not thinking about long term even though the lead investor (Jhunjhunwala) seems to not follow the same policy on his investments. Therefore a lot of the investments that are made are not useful 5. Lot of leadership has been hired but all the decisions are made by the CEO and CFO only.

      Worst place to work

      Pros

      Only good thing happened here is got to know some wonderful people.

      Cons

      There are many: 1. Management is pathetic 2. Inefficient people are given higher designations who cannot even handle a team 3. No action taken despite receiving complaints several times from different employees 4. Team leaders dnt have the courtesy to call and check about the absenteeism of their team members 5. Senior management is very biased, brings personal grudges in between professional work 6. No one cares even if an employee works daily for more than 10-12 hours 7. Zero work life balance 8. No overtime provided, worst leave policy
