      Simply, absolutely, without a shadow of daubt.. Nothing

      Cons

      1) All the claims regarding leaves and incentives are false. 2) They suddenly will change their policies for random reasons and deny the promices they always make during hiring process. 3) You get less salary that someone less qualified than you only because they came there first. 4) The management tells it literally on your face that the reason you are working at IKS is because you were bad doctor 5) They will promice you that you will be allowed to run your own clinic simultaneously, but they will make sure that you will not get time to do that by making you work from 8 am to 8 pm (some people have worked till 11 pm) 5) When you resign, they will still shamelessly send you a 'shaw cause' notice just to make sure you will not get similar job anywhere else All the newly passed out medicos, you may think you will make more money so quickly but you are ruining your initial years when you should be working on developing your medical skills to make 3-4 times the money that you will EVER make at IKS. If you have any self respect, please do not join this fraud company.

      Bad environment

      Pros

      Training was fine, got to learn. But once in the account is the really bad. It is Hell

      Cons

      Boaring place. Too far location Not a good place to work at, Targets keep changing. Leaders don't know what they want. Keep changing expectations and policies.

      Company in losses and no HR orientation.

      Pros

      I seriously cannot think of any. Sorry but this goes blank

      Cons

      1. Only 12 leaves in the 1st year (CL+ Sick leave, everything included). Cannot carry forward most leaves. 2. Company is in losses - did not pay the yearly incentive for 2018, And already has suffered enough losses this year that they will not be able to pay any incentives again. 3. Company is only focused to keep the cash flowing in. No focus on People orientation. 4. High stress environment due to unreasonable expectation and bleeding losses. Only work no life.
